About Pathways to Resilience Inc.

Building hope, stability, and stronger futures.

Pathways to Resilience is a Tampa-based nonprofit supporting young people living in group homes and veterans transitioning to civilian life. Through mentorship, wellness resources, and community, we help the people we serve find stability and a renewed sense of purpose.

Our Mission
“To ensure every child and veteran we serve feels seen, supported, and valued.”

We believe lasting change comes from partnership, compassion, and showing up for one another.

01

Empathy

We meet every young person and veteran where they are, listening first and leading with care.

02

Integrity

We keep our promises to the people we serve, our partners, and the donors who make this work possible.

03

Community Collaboration

We partner with local organizations, businesses, and neighbors because no one builds resilience alone.

Who We Serve

Support for those who need it most

Our programs focus on two communities that too often go unseen: youth growing up in group homes, and the veterans who served our country.
