Welcome to Pathways To Resilience—where courage meets community, and healing empowers our veterans and kids.
For the brave and the becoming.
At Pathways To Resilience, our mission is to provide affordable, trauma-informed resources and community-driven education to strengthen the mental well-being of veterans and children. Founded by Dr. Craig Jorden Jr.—a decorated Air Force Captain and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner—our organization bridges professional care and grassroots empowerment. Through training programs, supportive networks, and accessible tools, we create spaces where strength is nurtured, stories are honored, and resilience thrives.
We envision a future where every veteran and child has access to empowering mental health resources, feels deeply connected to a supportive community, and builds lifelong resilience.
“Dr. Craig Jorden has truly been a pivotal figure in helping me get my life back on track. His expertise in mental health practices, paired with the right medication, has been instrumental in my recovery. From the very beginning, Dr. Jorden was incredibly caring and thoughtful, always taking the time to listen and understand my needs.”

“I must say that since I have been under the care of Dr. Craig Jorden, I have begun to feel more optimistic about my path, and the service provided by him and his staff has been exceptional.
“He takes the time to listen and truly support you in your recovery journey. The telemed visits are incredibly convenient—especially with a busy schedule—yet still feel personal and effective. I never thought I’d find a provider who made me feel this supported and empowered. Highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking a fresh start and real, lasting support. Dr. Jorden is simply the best!

Our Services
We offer healing that feels like home.
At Pathways To Resilience, our services are guided by lived experience, clinical care, and deep compassion. Whether you're a veteran seeking support, a child needing structure, or a community member wanting to give back—this is a space for you.
-
Creating safe, stable homes for growth and healing.
We assist in the development and ongoing support of therapeutic group homes—especially for at-risk youth and veterans transitioning out of crisis. From trauma-informed staff training to emotional regulation tools and structure development, we help create homes that feel like family. -
Empowering people with tools that last a lifetime.
We offer workshops for schools, families, and caregivers focused on emotional intelligence, trauma resilience, suicide prevention, and everyday mental wellness. We believe knowledge is power—and healing spreads when we share it. -
A space for those who’ve served to breathe, connect, and rebuild.
These peer-led support groups are designed to help veterans navigate mental health challenges, reintegrate into civilian life, and feel seen in safe, judgment-free spaces. We combine camaraderie with coping tools—and remind them that they're never alone. -
For the kids finding their way—we walk beside them.
We pair young people with mentors who understand trauma, growth, and transformation. Through structured mentorship, job readiness training, emotional regulation coaching, and community projects, we help kids believe in their future. -
We meet people where they are—and guide them toward what they need.
We help individuals and families in crisis access the right support, fast. From helping find beds in shelters or programs, to coordinating with local services and guiding them through paperwork, we act as a bridge to safety and healing.
