Dr. Craig Jorden Jr

Founder, Executive Director

Dr. Jorden has worked in crisis stabilization units in Florida and Massachusetts and served as adjunct faculty at the University of South Florida. In 2023, he founded Recovery from Society (RFS), a mental health clinic focused on underserved communities, and completed his Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2024. He is now the founder and operator of RFS Psychiatry, co-owner of Florida Psychiatry Group, and founder of Pathways to Resilience Inc. He continues to serve as a Captain in the Air Force Reserve.
He strives to make a lasting impression in the community through his work with Pathways to Resilience, promoting mental wellness and resilience for youth and veterans.
Stanley Adelson, MBA
Board Member

Stanley R. Adelson is a seasoned project management consultant and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. Originally from Haiti, Stanley immigrated to the United States as a child and has called Tampa, Florida, home for over 30 years. His background brings a global perspective and a resilient, community-focused mindset to every project he undertakes.
He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of South Florida and an MBA from the University of Louisiana, Monroe. Throughout his career, he has led cross-functional teams, optimized operational workflows, and driven strategic initiatives that deliver measurable results. His expertise spans financial analysis, risk management, and business transformation, with a strong focus on aligning projects with organizational goals.
Known for an analytical mindset and a results-driven approach, Stanley partners with businesses to turn complex challenges into actionable strategies. In addition to his consulting work, he actively pursues entrepreneurial ventures, drawing on his diverse experience to build and grow innovative solutions.
Deeply rooted in the Tampa community, Stanley is passionate about giving back. He regularly volunteers and mentors others, believing in the importance of service and leadership at every level. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys spending quality time with his children and values the balance between work, family, and personal growth.
Kindrell Hutchinson
Board Member

Kindrell Hutchinson is a Gainesville native with deep family roots in Alachua County. With over two decades of experience in property management and public service, he transitioned into real estate development to ensure local growth benefits the community he calls home.
As founder and CEO of the Hutchinson Foundation, Hutchinson leads efforts to create affordable housing and mixed-use developments that strengthen neighborhoods, expand opportunity, and build lasting value for Alachua County residents.
